方言趣事多

前天与同事们相约晚上去吃螃蟹.
正当大家很陶醉地啃螃蟹,
突然听见JW大概这样说:"这个ngek ngek很大个."
我迷惑地看了看桌上的佳肴,
静思了半秒, 再看看JW,
我实在不明白桌上有任何物体可以和"ngek ngek"攀上关系.

通常, 我们都是形容奸笑, 笑到"ngek ngek"声.
于是我非常不解地问:"什么是ngek ngek?"
[给你们一秒钟想想.]
原来"ngek ngek"是福洲话, 指螃蟹的钳子. =.=
我们立刻学以致用, 整晚"ngek ngek.. ngek ngek.."的叫. 哈哈..
好有趣的名词啊. 你觉得呢? 哈哈..

问题: 你是如何称呼那螃蟹的钳子呢?
我本身是广东人, 所以我称它为"蟹ghong". 你呢?
有谁也是称它为"ngek ngek"的吗?

我觉得与讲不同方言的朋友谈话是一件蛮有趣的事.
过程中, 总会有一些奇奇怪怪的发音而闹出笑话. 哈!

其实, 在我们的日常用词中,
有几个词是我觉得很得意的.

譬如:

驾车时, 把车子倒退行驶 (reverse),
我们会说:"Goes-stan." (不懂怎样拼, 暂时放着. =.=)
我最常听见这一个词的时候是,
搬货工人对货车司机喊:
"Goes-stan! Goes-stan! Lagi.. lagi.. lagi.. op! op! op!"
哈哈.. 不明白op op op是什么?
因为快要撞了, op op op是指示司机"够了够了"的意思. 哈哈..
言归整传, 我想问,
Goes-stan是马来文吗? 听起来像是英文.
但是又好像不是英文哦.
英文里有这个词吗?
有谁知道吗?

心情闷闷的, 想出去兜兜风, 或者游车河.
也许我们会说:"走, 去 long 街咯."
请问这个"long"是哪里的方言?
"long 街"感觉是广东话比较顺口. 对吗?
但是想了一下,
好像不曾在香港电视剧里听见"long 街"哦. 有吗?
这大概是本土方言吧.
我只是好奇, 为什么是"long"咧?
Dong, gong, yong, kong 不行吗? 不解.

除了以上两个词,
还有一个比较少人听过的 -- "kiao liao".
我不清楚是从哪里学来的, 我想应该是港剧呱.
但是却有很多人都不懂这是什么意思.
即使是土生土长的KL广东人也很少知道.
每当我说"kiao liao"时, 都会有人问说:"什么是kiao liao?"
他们比较常听见的是"liu lang"吧.
"liu lang"是复杂麻烦的意思, "kiao liao"也是.
它们俩的意思大概都一样.

Is kiao liao is hokien ?? i think it's refer to die ard lah...
any body speak hokkien here... i noticed the way the say fish in north like ipoh, penang n kedah is diff than the rest of country. they pronounce hu instead of h er ... sorry kind of suck in han yu pin yin..hahahhaa

beside, we are actually the ppl that make those funky word... bcoz when we speak to hongkies here.. they will have big time to understand some of our words.. when we said travel... we say "liu".... they will like "liu" ... "oh liu" means pee ... they said wan.... hahaha.. that is one of msia senior that marry a hongkies gal.. that is wat her mom in law asked him when he said that.. hahahaha

LeeKeong, actually you pronounced that one as "kiao-1 liao-3". But my pronunciation here is "kiao-3 liao-1". Never heard about this le? Hehe.. Maybe you may ask the hongkies there, what is "kiao-3 liao-1" mean. ^_^
(NOTE: The numbers 1 and 3 indicate 音调)

oh janesse jiejie ah, in hokkien kiao-liao and cantonese kiao-liao same same 音调. it is kiao-3 liao-4, not kiao-3 liao-1 leh.

Hokkien: si kiao kiao liao. 死翘翘料(了).

I no need teach you cantonese one la hor, this word you taught me one last time. :P

between, for that 螃蟹的钳子, I call is 'kiam-3 kiam-2'.

=.=" dunnoe wat language is that.. pai seh..

其他都很熟悉,除了最后一个kiao liao好像很少听到,我们说很麻烦很怪应该会说骑呢,呵呵。
“吃风”,如果你跟香港人讲,他们完全听不懂,因为翻译自makan angin.
还有身边很多福建朋友,所以有常把一些简单的挂在嘴边,tia bo(听没有), ngeh ngeh或夹硬gak ngan(硬硬来);还有参马来文一起讲.. ce-la-ka... hehehe
螃蟹的我也是叫蟹gong或蟹钳kiam..

kiao3 liao1 (所用緊漢語拼音)係突兀古怪嘅意思。都幾接近liu1lang1之意。kiao liao嘅意思更加接近lak1kak1。呢幾個詞的而且確係廣州話嚟架。
